Our services are available 24/7 365 days a year.

How Can We Pay?

We accept cash and bank transfers as payment. We will soon be able to accept Paypal, credit and debit cards.

Is There A Cancellation Charge?

No, unlike most cleaning companies we do not charge a cancellation fee but would ask you cancel any job as far in advance as possible.

Do You Offer An Emergency Service?

Yes, it's an area we specialise in. Call us and we will get someone to you just as quick as we can.

Which Areas Do You Cover?

Our head office is based in Surrey and we do extensive work in Surrey, the surrounding counties and London, however we do offer nationwide coverage from Newquay to Newcastle.

Do You Move The Furniture?

Yes, we will move the furniture required.

How Quickly Can We Use A Room After Cleaning?

That all depends on the service provided but generally rooms can be used 3 or 4 hours after carpet or upholstery cleaning.
